Italy Cooking Tours: Authentic Italian Food & Wine

Our Italy cooking tours delve into the sunny and abundant region of Tuscany, where mouthwatering wines and savory truffles are matched only by the beauty of the surrounding landscapes. We’ll spend five days exploring Tuscany’s culinary treasures, including world-class wines and cheeses, olives and olive oil, delectable pastas, and exquisite truffles. Join our local chefs for hands-on Tuscan cooking classes where you will learn regional specialties as well as traditional Italian staples like homemade pastas and flavorful sauces.

During your Italian cooking class you’ll prepare a four-course meal with antipasto, local pici pasta with ragu, a traditional Tuscan main course and a delicious desert. Don’t feel like cooking? Pour yourself a glass of wine and keep the chefs company. Your other class is delicious in a different way. Working with a local bartender, you’ll learn to make Italian cocktails with the local gelato and sortbets of the day. Such a fun way to end the day!

Our Italy cooking tours include daily breakfasts, three lunches, many tastings along the way, and a sumptuous farewell dinner at a Michelin-starred restaurant.
