On our Japan Culinary Tour, you will explore this island nation’s unique cuisine through hands-on cooking classes, a small-scale farm visit, market tour and a tasting walk of Osaka, recently named one of the top places to visit in 2017 by New York Times. With Access Trips, you will learn how to prepare authentic dishes and traditional techniques such as:
