HOW TO BOOK
Travel agents can book Access Trips culinary tours online by clicking HERE or by calling our reservation line at 1-800-567-9400. Please note: when booking online you will need to enter your agent information in the Contact Details to ensure that your agency is credited commission due. If your booking comes back as “pending” we will happily confirm your guests, and either call or email you confirmation in less than 24 business-hours.
If you would like to be added to our travel agent database, please email your agency information to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-800-567-9400, option 4.
Travel Agent Responsibilities
When booking our trips, it is the travel agent’s responsibility to explain the terms and conditions to the customer, and to inform them of all necessary travel documentation required for the destination. Access Trips will not secure visas or passports on behalf of your guests, but you may offer to provide this service as their agent. Please review our guest terms and conditions here: Access Trips Terms & Conditions
TRAVEL AGENT COMMISSIONS
Access Trips is pleased to offer our travel agency partners the following commission structure:
A 10% commission will be paid on any new booking* where payment is made by check or bank transfer. Commissions will be deducted at time of guest final payment which is 90 days before departure.
A 7% commission will be paid on any new booking if the gross payment is made by credit card. Agent commissions will be mailed within 30 days of guest departure.
A 5% commission will be paid on new bookings a guest has made directly with Access Trips when they have informed us that they wish you to be the referring agency on record (be sure to be the agency that lets guests know about our trips, to ensure a commission!).
Bonus commissions, marketing dollars and incentives are available to agencies who are top producers with Access Trips. Questions? Send us an email at email@example.com or call 1-800-567-9400, option 4.
*A new booking is identified as any booking created by the travel agent, not the guest.
