BEGINNERS It is not necessary to be a technically advanced biker to enjoy this trip but you should have a good level of fitness to cope with the high altitude riding. Vehicle support is available at all stages of the tour for those who get tired, but we nevertheless recommend that you have a good level of fitness to make the most of this trip. Our guides may recommend that you take a break from riding if you have a cough or fever, or are experiencing altitude sickness. For health reasons it is imperative that you follow the advice of the guides who are always standing by to assist you.
