In addition to our Nicaragua Surfing Mini-Holidays, we offer an 8-day Costa Rica & Nicaragua surfing adventure.
The southern region of Nicaragua is simply beautiful with unspoiled stretches of beach, a deep rooted history, and a relaxed and friendly culture. Tourism has not fully impacted this area of Central America, so the beaches tend to be uncrowded and pristine. Nicaragua is perfect for guests looking for an off the beaten path adventure, excellent surfing, warm water, and vibrant small towns. Our mini-trip is the ideal way to learn to surf or to advance to the next level of surfing in a very short time in a very unique place.
Our Nicaragua Surf Mini-Adventure explores the best beaches for beginner and intermediate surfers, with excursions to fabulous 'secret' spots where we may even have the waves to ourselves. Take a break from surfing to visit a historic, colonial city near the shores of Lake Nicaragua and shop at a local artisanal market. Evenings will be spent in an unique oceanview resort where we will relax after our full days of adventure.
INSTRUCTION: NICARAGUA SURFING MINI-TRIP
Our Nicaragua surf mini-trip will focus on beginner and early intermediates. Beginners in surfing will be taught everything they need to know to not only catch their first waves, but to ensure they have the confidence and knowledge to continue surfing after the tour is over.

ITINERARY: NICARAGUA MINI-TRIP
DAY 1: Arrive in Managua, Nicaragua
Pick up from Augusto C. Sandino International Airport in Managua, Nicaragua. Drive to San Juan del Sur and check into oceanview resort. Sunset surf session if time and conditions permit.
DAY 2: Surf Nicaragua
Surf secluded beach. Afternoon surf session.
DAY 3: Visit Granada
Spend the day in historic Granada.
DAY 4: Surf Nicaragua
Morning and afternoon surf sessions.
DAY 5: Our Surf Trip Ends
Drive back to Managua, Nicaragua for departures. Please let us know if you will be continuing on your own in Nicaragua.

Our Nicaragua Surfing Adventure Mini-Trip is ideal for those wanting to learn to surf or develop their surfing skills in a world-class surfing destination within a short time frame. They are perfect for those wanting to experience Nicaragua's laid back beaches and culturally rich towns, warm weather and warm water, boutique accommodation, and a short but intensive surf experience.
Please note that we offer this trip year-round, and there is likely to be an hour or two of rain in the afternoons, especially in the summer.
