PLEASE NOTE:
1) We wil run this trip with a minimum of 4 guests.
2) Terms & Conditions for this trip are non-standard: A 50% non-refundable deposit on the base price of the trip is required at time of booking. Trip cancellation insurance is mandatory and must be provided to us within 7 days of booking. Final, non-refundable payment is due 120 days prior to departure. Small-group supplements will be due with final payment.
3) Private room upgrade equals the cost of a second booking, including surcharges, and applies toward the final guest count. If you would like a private room, please add a second person to your online booking. We will be happy to help you with the booking process.
4) This trip is not eligible for the advance booking discount.

Norway Supplement: 4-6 Guests

Our Norway snow trip is based on a boat and has very high fixed costs. We can run the trip with a minimum of 4 guests, but must price according to the size of the group. If the final group size is 4-6 guests, this supplement is mandatory and will be added on to your final balance, due 120 days prior to departure. If the group size increases within 120 days of departure we will refund you the appropriate balance.

Our Norway snow trip is based on a boat and has very high fixed costs. We can run the trip with a minimum of 4 guests, but must price according to the size of the group. If the final group size is 7-8 guests, this supplement is mandatory and will be added on to your final balance, due 120 days prior to departure. If the group size increases within 120 days of departure we will refund you the appropriate balance.
