INSTRUCTION
Our Norway trip is the ideal opportunity for you to develop your backcountry skiing skills and knowledge. Our instructors are qualified mountain guides with extensive backcountry experience. During the course of our week in the backcountry our instructors will work with you to develop your backcountry knowledge by covering such areas as: transceiver use, evaluating snow conditions and snowpack, picking backcountry lines, traveling safely over glaciers, preparing for backcountry trips, and other backcountry safety skills. Skiing in the backcountry is one of the ultimate experiences that skiing can offer; not only will this trip allow you to spend a whole week skiing in the backcountry, but it will also enable you to develop your backcountry skills and knowledge so that you can enjoy future backcountry experiences even more!
Please note: To complete this trip you should either already have some mountain touring experience, or you should be a very confident and fit skier | | |
