ACCOMMODATION

In Marrakech, we stay inside the medina (old city) in a beautiful riad with a heated pool and open fireplaces in winter, and air-conditioning in summer.

Our beach accommodation in Tamraght is a family-style guesthouse located in the heart of a berber village. The guesthouse offers a large veranda with a panoramic view of the ocean. This guesthouse is cozy and comfortable.

Our accommodation in the High Atlas is in a charming, boutique riad (Moroccan guesthouse) with beautifully decorated rooms in classic Moroccan style. Located in a tiny Berber village, our riad offers a traditional hammam (hot bath) and spa, and a roof-top restaurant overlooking nearby villages and the twinkling lights of Marrakech. It is lovely and tranquil and is by far the best available accommodation in the area. While they may occasionally lack some of the comforts of a luxury hotel, they more than compensate with their warm hospitality.
