FOOD Our Mexican Culinary Retreat is delicious, pure and simple. We focus on cooking traditional Mexican dishes with a healthy seafood and vegetarian twist, using local organic ingredients. All of our meals will delight, starting with breakfasts that include homemade granola and yogurt, freshly baked pastries, and huevos rancheros, among other treats.
Lunches and dinners are Mexican, some traditional and some that will surprise you. Most meals are vegetarian, with some seafood.
Our Mexican cooking trip includes all meals. With one exception on market day, meals are served at the retreat and are cooked by Chef Hugo and his staff – and by you! For more detail on menu items, see the instruction portion of this trip description. | |
