TRIPS FOR LESS ACTIVE COMPANIONS

So your boyfriend needs to be active during his vacation but you’d much rather relax on the beach? Or your wife is a surf fanatic while you’d prefer to try your hand at something creative like cooking? No problem, we’ve got some trips that are perfect for catering to the needs of different-interest couples.

TRIP IDEAS FOR LESS ACTIVE COMPANIONS
Almost all of our trips can be made suitable for partners, parents or friends who do not wish to partake in our main sport activity. Below are some examples of the kind of alternative activities we can offer:
  • Morocco Surfing – while your partner surfs, you can relax on the beach or take part in optional activities like a trip to Taroudannt (bustling city in the Atlas mountains), a visit to the souk (markets), a Moroccan cooking class, or a visit to a Moroccan-style spa.

  • Mexico Surf & Yoga – our base town is a bustling fishing village that provides plenty of entertainment for non-surfers: swimming, shopping, yoga, snorkeling, whale-watching, hiking, to name a few.

  • Bali Surfing – our Bali/Java trip includes visits to numerous different beaches, so if you enjoy swimming, relaxing on the beach and wandering along the coastline, you’ll be more than happy even if you don’t surf. On top of this, you can go shopping in Kuta or take advantage of a variety of optional excursions such as a visit to the craft city of Ubud, a rice paddy walk, a tour of a monkey forest, or a visit to a traditional Hindu temple. The East Java part of our trip takes place in a remote jungle region so if you don’t plan to surf this would be a good time for you to swim, relax and explore the jungle.

  • El Salvador Surfing – in addition to relaxing by the pool and swimming in the ocean, we can arrange optional activities such as rainforest hiking, mountain biking and a falconry tour.
  • France & Spain Surfing – Biarritz is a vibrant town bustling with shops, cafes, galleries and, of course, beautiful beaches, so non-surfers will be more than entertained. In Spain you can visit San Sebastian’s impressive old town, tour the world-renown Guggenheim museum, or take a bike trip through the rural Basque countryside.
